THE PILOT

Story Summary - The Vorlon ambassador Kosh Naranek is nearly killed by an assassin shortly after arriving at the station, Commander Sinclair is the prime suspect.
NOTES -There are two versions of "The Gathering," the original one aired in 1993 and a reedited special edition in 1998. This episode won an Emmy for Best Visual Effects
SEASON 1 - SIGNS AND PORTENTS
Mignight on the Firing Line - Written by J Micheal Straczynski - Directed by Richard Compton
Story Summary - The Narn attack a Centauri colony, Londo and G'Kar nearly come to blows. Raiders are attacking transport ships near the station.
NOTE - Susan Ivanova , Talia Winters (Sci Corp Tetepath) and Vir Cotto (aid to Londo Mallari) join the show.
Soul Hunter - Written by J Micheal Straczynski - Directed by Jim Johnston
Story Summary - A Soul Hunter comes to Babylon 5 and tries to steal Delenn's soul.
NOTE - Doctor Stephen Franklin joins the show.
Born to the Purple - Written by Lawrence G. DiTillio - Directed by Bruce Seth Green
Story Summary - Adira Tyree steals a collection of blackmail files from Londo Mollari.
Infection - Written by J Micheal Straczynski - Directed by Richard Compton
Story Summary - An archaeologist friend of Doctor Franklin smuggles ancient artifacts onto the station.
NOTE - Doctor Franklin's friend Vance Hendricks is played by David McCallum.
The Parliamant of Dreams - Written by J Micheal Straczynski - Directed by Jim Johnston
Story Summary - An old enemy of G'Kar's dies and sends an assasin to kill him. Catherine Sakai, a lover of Sinclair's arrives on the station.
NOTES - Na'Toth is introduced as Ambassador G'Kar's new aid. This episode was originally entitled Carnival. This episode won an Emmy Award for Make-Up.
Mind War - Written by J Micheal Straczynski - Directed by Bruce Seth Green
Story Summary - An old lover of Talia Winter's Jason Ironheart, is altered by Psi Corp, and escapes. Before turning into a super being, he gives Talia a gift and alters her Psi talents.
NOTE - Alfred Bester the Psi Cop chasing Ironheart is played by Walter Koenig.
The War Prayer - Written by D. C. Fontana - Directed by Richard Compton
Story Summary - Aliens are being attacked on Babylon 5 by a pro-earth group.
And the Sky was Full of Stars - Written by J. Michael Straczynski - Directed by Janet Greek
Story Summary - Sinclair is kidnapped and interogated to try and find out what happened to him when he went missing in the Earth-Minbari war.

Story Summary - Deathwalker, the last surviving member of the Dilgar offers a serum that gives immortality. There is a catch of course...

Story Summary - Dr. Franklin ignores all to heal a dying child when the parents refuse his help.

Story Summary - Garibaldi is blamed for an explosion on Babylon 5.

Story Summary - An illegal strike by dock workers forces Sinclair to do some devious budget rethinking.
NOTES - Originaly titled 'Backlash'. Nearly all the production crew appeared in cameo performances as the striking dock workers.

Story Summary - Londo gets a Centuari artifact, he losses it again and then it is return to him by the mysterious Mister Morden.
NOTES - Originaly titled 'Raiding Party'. We are introduced to the Shadow Agent Mister Morden. Ed Masser who plays Morden was in the pilot episode as a C and C tech.
TKO - Written by Larry DiTillio - Directed by John Flynn
Story Summary - Walker Smith and old friend of Garibaldi's comes to the statoin to take part in the Mutai, a dangerous fighting sport. Ivanova sits Shiva for her father.

Story Summary - Aldus Gajic arrives on B5 searching for the holy grail.

Story Summary - Earthforce Internal Affairs arrives to question Sinclair loyalty to Earthforce. Ivanova refuses to be scanned.

Story Summary - A Minbari war hero is displaye on B5 and goes missing. Ivanova and Talia Winters fight of a newly emerged telepath.
A Voice in the Wilderness: Part I and II - Written by J. Michael Straczynski - Directed by Janet Greek
Story Summary - A planet near the station, Epsilon 3, seems to come to life. It needs a new heart, a person to become part of the planet itself. Delenn's old teacher Draal is chosen.

Story Summary - Babylon 4 re-appears after going missing four years previously.

Story Summary - Dr. Franklin becomes suspiscious of an alien healing device. Londo shows Lennier the seedier side of B5.
